This is an interesting philosophical premise, i.e., that the participants inside the strip are reading the word balloons rather than listening to the spoken word. It demonstrates that many people in military counter-intelligence are Idiots.

On the contrary, this is the first intelligent tactic that I’ve ever seen the “Idiots” pull off in…how many decades has it been???
