Tia Carmen: Oh, Gregorio, I never thought I would marry again! Gregorio: Carmen, I respect the life you had with your first husband... God rest his soul. Gregorio: But so much time has passed. Surely Roberto would not mind... Gregorio: If you did what truly makes you happy.

She does enjoy that, ejcapulet. This is quite a nice dream that she’s having.

I admit to being confused – is this dream or is this real (well, cartoon real)? It seems too wild to be real and as Joe says, doesn’t seem to be in the typical dream-sequence mode.

I just hope she won’t be too let down when she wakes up.

Assuming Tia Carmen is not just dreaming or slipping into a tele-novela, I fear Gregorio is a predator. Baldo and Cruz need to track down the slimy snake-in-the-grass and adjust his attitude. (No offense to reptiles.) Barring that, Dad needs to invest the bucks in a background-check and a baseball bat.
Fret-fret-fret….if he hurts Tia……

Tia still dreams some more of her déjà vu dream.

You know people, I for one think it’s neat that you all have Tia Carmen’s happiness as your concern. She’s a great character and this truly must be a wonderful strip to get you all so involved. Looks to me that she’s not the only one who likes “Novelas.” Hats off to Cantu and Castellanos! Great story, Guys!
