I gained a bunch of weight the past couple of months. Eat less and exercise more. For how long? For about-four only as long as you were putting on the weight? It sounds perfectly reasonable. But, if you say for two solid months, it's a lot easier to give up!

Actually, the answer to his question is “Forever.” That is, if you actually want to KEEP the weight off.

I’m starting to walk to places instead of getting the bus.It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be because I don’t like walking at all.xxx

Life must be worth living, I’ll take one: diet OR exercise. I spend 24min on the elliptical every week day. If I couldn’t then eat what I wanted, I’d quit.
