    Yeah, I know what she’s talking about… If I’d always like everything at work, when would I feel really great about something? Luckily, I work with children and adolescents, so rain and shine are always real close together.

    I don’t get it. How would Betty imagine her ideal job.. in a cubicle staring worksheets all day? If it all depended on her, and she could make her work space as she wanted it, how would it be? is it what she does or the environment she is in?If she finds things there that are actually better than as she imagined, then those are vantages. May be she needs to list the things that bothers her first, so if there is a specific thing that bothers her, at least she knows what it is
