And then this jackass wonders why nobody helps him with other things. I’d like to take that sodding snowblower and stick it . . . er . . . back in the garage. Just sayin’.

What does he mean he doesn’t want to make a stink. He does every time he goes shopping, to the gas station, to the Dollar Dump. Burl thinks the world is out to get him. And he is right.

That’s ok Burl.. When people pass your house they cross over to the other side anyway, snow or not.Obviously the neighbor did his first anyway. They must have very small yards, it seems the house is wider than the srtip he left..

I believe if I lived next door, he would eventually become the subject of a 20-20 episode of mysterious disappearance.

If you are looking for half wits in the strip, you’ll be waiting a long time indeed. And as my wife will readily tell you, on this side of the strip as well.

I just bought the best snow blower ever. The last 4 snow storms went around us and I didn’t have to shovel at all.

Gee Burl, I really don’t think you should comment on a strip about yourself. We all know you well enough without you commenting here.

Since I got my PhD in Curmudgeonry, here’s a matter for thought. We got a wedding invitation today for the son of some former neighbors. On the invite it mentioned where the couple was registered. I don’t remember that kind of information being on our invitation (back in the Dark Ages) or on those of any of our kids. It seems to me to be a blatant demand for a gift of a certain kind and value.Does this type of gift-mongering bother anyone else, or is it just me?
