My husband and his brother never did either, but oh! the stories they could tell! The time brother tried to swing across a river a la Tarzan, and the rope broke. He landed on a tree root, with the wind knocked out of him. Hubby thought he was dead, and he says he stood there wondering how the H— he was going to get his body home.

One nephew never had to be hospitalized after telling my sister (his mother), “Watch this!” He never died as a result, either.
