Doh, doh, doh, doh... Can't a chap get any peace and quiet?! Re, re, re, mi, mi, mi, soh, soh, soh... I wish they'd to their doh, re, mi-ing somewhere else!
Joe, you may think you’re telling a joke, but one time when I was in my 30’s I took up trying to play a clarinet because I like listening to Benny Goodman or Pete Fountain records – and so did my Norwegian Elkhound dog at the time. One day when I was practicing with the clarinet (and I thought I was getting to be pretty good – no squeaking reeds!) the dog came into the room with his ears out to the sides (they are normally erect), his tail hanging down (it normally curls up), and a look on his face that I can only describe as “it doesn’t sound like THAT when Pete plays it!!” Well, you try blowing into a clarinet with THAT in front of you! So, when I finally stopped laughing my head off, I put the clarinet away and have never touched it since! The funny thing is that when I’d play Pete Fountain or Benny Goodman records, he’d lie down directly in front of the speaker with the most contented look on his face you ever saw. So, thanks to my dog’s exquisite taste, there is one less mediocre clarinet player in this world.
Aw Fred. Let them practice their piano and singing. There’s an entire house where you can find it much quieter and just as comfy. You may want to learn the scale too, though I’m not sure they’ve got it quite right…do, re, mi, so?
BigChiefDesoto, you have good taste in music, playing Benny Goodman and Pete Fountain….too bad you gave it up…I gave my licorice stick up for the guitar. Much easier to draw a crowd (in college days anyway). If you still have your dog, try having him listen to a Mozart clarinet concerto, You may llke it yourself.

Go outside Fred. you shouldn’t be cooped up in the house all day, it is not healthy.
Hello to you all.

I’m sure they’d sound much better under water.

Peace and quiet can be found upstairs, Fred. Perhaps under the bed.

Tango: Take a look at Pibgorn. There’s always a boilerplate that, among other things, gives you a link to the information you have requested.

Fred looks like he doesn’t like the way Master’s wife singing off key or not.
Do all of dogs like to listen the person sing and play or not? Keep howling… while sing a song or play music…
