I’ll bet Ted’s socks all have holes in them too.

Ted’s shoes have gone to the dogs.

This is why Ted says his dogs are tired when he pulls off his shoes.

Why does he have at least three pairs of shoes anyway? He’s a guy!

If I wanted a spinning widget, I’d just swirl around my phone.

That spiderman app seems to be all the rage.

Cleo is no fool. She knew all she had to do was wait there while Claude fought the wrapper.

Scooter is actually concerned that Ted forgot to put on shoes before leaving the house. He is bringing Ted two pair to choose from.

Somebody is tying Scooter’s laces before he goes on his jaunts – I wonder who it could be.

I have no need for trap doors. I rarely get solicitors at the door. Now if they had something to deal with those robo-callers…

And if Ted had more than just 2 pairs of shoes…somehow those would be beat up too.

    Hullo, all…

    I made it at last…

after a few false starts, I think I can join you in commenting on

the April 22nd  2020 “CLEO and COMPANY”

    On Sherpa, of course…

    http://www.comicssherpa.com/site/feature?uc_comic=cscwy

Maybe I’m riding one of those spinning widgets.

Everything started out fine tonight on the comics…

but whenever I’ve tried to reload a page, post a comment or even look at the replies, the page has expired.

It just let me refresh… so it seems to have settled down, but I won’t know till I post.

So if you don’t see this… just let me know!

I remember when those widgets were everywhere…

Every kid was walking around with one; they were piled in little tubs and baskets at the checkout of unrelated stores.

    (Remember when kids walked around?)

They were $7, and then there were fancier ones, for “only” $5…. then I saw them on clearance for $1.99.

Some simple ones finally made it to the Dollar Tree one day, about the time nobody wanted one.

I was tempted cos I was curious, just to see how they worked…

    But I didn’t buy one… and I haven’t seen one since.

Because I don’t know yet whether this will upload,

I’m going to include my reply to Dennis, instead of trying to post it separately….

A wordless answer, at that… here you go:

      https://assets.amuniversal.com/d9f11860c8c80132daa1005056a9545d.gif

    And @Liverlips….

Um… it may seems like a strange question….

But by any chance, are you looking at a different recent “Cleo” strip…

the one where Claude was fighting with a cereal box?

Sherpa… well, GoComics… is still not being cooperative about letting me open other pages to find and post the one I mean.

But it makes me wonder whether someone besides me might be encountering problems w

Those danged things were marketed as an ADD help.

Helped my grandson. He concentrated on that thing like nobody’s business.

    GOOD MORNING BALLARDEERS!

Looks like a good day for a short walk as soon as the temp gets a little higher. Dragging the oxygen around is a pain in the butt, but it’s better than the alternative.

    Y’all stay well out there….
