I’m (thankfully) not familiar with Trailer Park Boys, but I get the drift. By aiming low, Rat insures a high degree of success on attaining his goals. I guess he’d call that good planning….

A woman from Halifax told me I should watch “Trailer Park Boys” a few years ago so I gave it a shot. Absolutely hilarious! I haven’t seen a new episode on Netflix and the boys have pretty much shut down the reruns on YouTube since they got the rights, but I can scratch the itch by watching my DVD of “Countdown to Liquor Day.”
BTW, I think Lahey is the funniest character (although Ricky isn’t far behind).
