I have a “smarter-than-me” phone and wish I could set the ringer on at least 60 seconds before going to voice mail. It takes me that long to use the ringer to find where I left the darn thing!
It’s not bad enough learning to use your OWN new phone – that is definitely smarter than me.Then a relative asks you to answer their phone for them and you cut the caller off, because the button locations aren’t in the same place on both phones
As newbies, we left the ringtone as factory set and went nuts trying to answer all the phones within a 50’ radius. Then DH installed the Pink Panther theme and caused himself to have to shop alone.
For some reason, my new phone rings twice and goes to voicemail. Plus I keep getting these calls from the local school district that my student was absent from ‘such and such’ class ! Only problem is I don’t have a student and haven’t had one for over twenty years and there is no one I can call ! !! !

If it’s a Smartphone, I’ve never owned one.

My cellphone has an IQ of 25, but I still had to go back to the store to be shown how to turn it on. Press and hold the OFF button?!

Yep, I deleted more calls than I can remember before figuring it out, thanks to my wife

Maybe because all of the touch screen phones are female, and they don’t want to be touched by you? ;-)

Just flip the cover open and begin speaking! When done, close the cover!.How difficult can this be?
