If it’s scrambled, I want them just barely cooked and quite runny!.When I traveled on business, which I did quite a bit, I learned virtually no cook could cook eggs as I requested, so to avoid a miserable breakfast, I always ordered oatmeal when out of town..I also discovered no cook could prepare oatmeal correctly either; but unlike poorly prepared eggs, I could stuff most oatmeal down the gullet regardless of how crappy it was…

I use a cast iron pan and if you know how to cook, your eggs won’t stick.

Pro tip. Nonstick or no, butter the pan first. If you forget, use a plastic fork and stir the eggs so they don’t burn down.
