Not all cooking shows are devoted to fattening foods. Find one that’s showing healthy, lo-cal food, or simple salads and your weight will drop.

I sometimes watch Rachael Ray’s cooking show while cycling at my local gym. Those recipes sound healthy; last summer, I made the sauerkraut soup that one of her guests led in cooking. She led Rachael. I watched the online video twice, once while eating it myself. It was slightly lighter in color than how it looked cooked on TV, but everything else looked just like it did on Rachael’s TV show.
