Why is it you climate change deniers refuse to see that doing things that DON’T pollute the environment is just good stewardship of the only planet we currently live on? It’s like you WANT to destroy the biosphere, and humankind with it.
The mountain’s name is actually Eyja - the “fjalla” part means “mountain” and the “jökull” means “glacier”. When it’s run al together, you get “Eyjafjallajökull” - “Eyja mountain under the glacier”. “Eyjafell” (without the glacier part) is shorter than “Mount Saint Helens” (gee, I know that summer I spent at the University of Iceland would come in handy someday!).
KEVIN I take a bus to work because I do not mind living in a city with the people the liberals are crying about but are too scared to live near. How far is your suburban home from your job? How many children did you add to the 7 billion? And pray tell, what caused the global warmings before the industrial age? How does Al Gore heat that big house? And what scientist makes a conclusion, then looks for data to back it? Did dinosaur manure end the ice age?

I think that Iceland’s Eyjafjallajökull volcano is just showing it’s displeasure with Björk’s music.

Al Gore is suing Iceland for emissions.

Hugh B. Hayve, what a great picture. I’ve sent it on to others who will appreciate it. Thanks.

It didn’t look like that when I was there.

I’m glad to share it, the site has provided me with more than a few great desktop backgrounds.

Thanks for the link Hugh. I saw that picture before but with nowhere near that kind of resolution. Another site I’ll have to check regularly.

No, their priority is greed, not green.

That’s my take on it too, Coyote. “We can’t possibly protect the planet, it would affect our profit margins!”
Grandchildren? Who cares?
