Kid doesn’t know how lucky he is. Internet or no, I would have been over the moon with joy if I’d had parents that willing to help me with my homework.
I can understand how Betty feels, but she should be thrilled that her son not only knows how to do his own research, he has the confidence to write the report on his own. Of course, asking Mom to proofread it, looking for grammar, syntax or usage errors is just being careful.
I am with Junior this time. Is HIS homework. He knows how to do it, and he is doing it. Isn’t Betty the one getting in the way? Does he have to make it different because she has a tantrum? seems like more than one here should google the same terms as the cartoon..
