If someone is in your house and he is NOT supposed to be there then whatever happens to him is HIS fault. That’s one of the fundamental tenets of law: a man’s home is his castle.

lefty, YOU accept that libertarians may have more than one flavor and that all nuts are libertarians. others cook all in the same kettle as well as think of Duke as being of one political party or philosophy. drug abusers are dangerous to all unless they keep to themselves.
