Is that clown carrying a tea bag around it’s neck?

I was driving one day and there was a car kind of tailgating me, and I look in the mirror, and the driver was in full clown makeup and wig. So I just had to say it; “I wish this clown would stop riding tail.” (Well I didn’t actually say tail.)

(Just emoting. I’m not really that fazed by it).
