..yes she is..why couldn’t she ask HIM out???Why be all coy and resentful…her only object was to make him feel bad,or she would have asked him out or said nothing..

3hourtour, she did try to ask him out, but her own nervousness was her undoing there. Also she’s been in exactly the wrong places at the wrong times to pick up on how Frank really feels about her.
