Guess Luann is fast asleep in “Tomorrowland” …. – Wonder If this is one time that Luann wouldn’t like to hear any loud music- if she could hear it, over her "Z"s….. – This is also one time where Luann grounded herself …

No No, DeGroot Parental Units.
Quietly Take a Picture and SEND it to Quill.
Might as Well Let Pretty-Boy KNOW What He’s IN For.

Please! Frank and Nancy will be falling asleep at the dinner table before they know it.

I don’t know. Maybe just let sleeping college kids lie. At least this way you know where they are—not running off to New York or any such thing….

Let He/She who who sleeps pretty cast the first stone!
Always said that’s why I’m single. I’ve gotten up in the morning and scared myself when looking in the mirror!

I do not see the problem. Go down to the living room and hollar, “Quill’s here!”.With any luck, if you do it often enough, she’ll start ignoring you until he really drops by and you can send him up to see her slobbering.

“…another resembles the old Transogram logo from the 1960s (“Look for me — Transy!”).”^Which happens to be a “sly” poster reference to the Disney attraction, but really is also a nod towards the upcoming movie: “Tomorrowland”…

Which is the opposite of my local who’ll run it all week but Sunday. I wonder why it’s like that.

We also have both, but I hate the fact that the paper has gone up in price, and down in the number of sections, pages and even content….

I’m willing to give it a try with this (18 year old) teenager!

Childish one-upmanship among Nancy and Frank is just one other example of the useless, stereotyped, cheap-shot Sunday stuff. In the week-day series it is clear that they have a quite normal healthy marriage..Those who see only the Sunday comic should be exposed to some of the drama of the plot. IT CAN BE DONE. .Otherwise, subscribers and newspapers will lose interest, no one will want Sunday-only publication.

Luann sure doesn’t get enough shut-eye, does she?

Quill needs to see Luann like that before it’s too late.

It’s called, Dead Weight. And I think it’s called the crack of noon.

Ha ha ha!!! Monty Pythonesque! And a nice multi-purpose story with a zinger at the end, to bring out the smiles and cheer, and to “toss in a monkey wrench” into the “daily grind”!

To me, at least, Brd’s was a nice story, to add a bit of “levity” to the day…

Multi-sport, huh?

For sure, sometimes a story like that could…like how “Who’ll Stop The Rain” by CCR was part allegory, part chronicle… – Or reminiscent of a recent news story, where Don McLean was explaining that there was one more meaning to “American Pie”…

Sad to report Grace Whitney (Yeoman Rand from Star Trek TOS) jus tpassed away…

I like it when there’s something in the strip that relates to and informs readers about something real in the world…and yes I know teenage angst is also very real

Why do they care? It’s a little strange for the parents of a college kid to not give them space enough to sleep the way they want to. If they’re THAT controlling, Luann stands a snowball’s chance in Hell of even waving goodbye to Quill as he starts off for NYC…
