Who names the colors on swatches ANYway??? They’re just plain inventing color names anymore.

And does anyone really need all that choice. There are so many colors available today that the brain can freeze just trying to choose.

Maybe it’s laundry day…

“You got that Charlie?” “Red, green, blue, yellow, white.” “Check.” Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House.

There was a Shoe cartoon where office workers told the painter they wanted rooms in Bermuda Sand, light tan, coffee etc. Later the painter is seen at the hardware store asking for 10 gallons of brown.

All colors mixed together make white…Lack of color make black. Contrary to popular belief. Look it up.

They all need to turn in their man cards!

Hmm .. Congress is in session I see and debating the really important things

I never debate color with my wife. She knows the name of about 2,000 colors. I know the name of 8 which came in the box of Crayolas I got in kindergarten.

Real men only know the names for about 10 colors..And they all end in “ish”Grayish,purplish,brownish,and so on..8^)

Color me tickled pink!

Thankfully, the graphic arts industry uses a number of different color models (Pantone spot color numbers, CMYK percentages of cyan – magenta- yellow – black, and RGB percentages of red-green-blue among them) to take subjective descriptions of color out of of important job specs. But for all that, I still wonder where red ends and orange begins.
