Cap’n Eddie’s a philosopher, now … !

Cap’n Eddie sinks to new levels. His logic is unfathomable.

There is some wisdom in panel two….

Fiasco is the name for a small flask in Italian. When glass blowers made a mistake while making a regular bottle, they would melt down the remains and make small flask out of it, a fiasco. Hence fiasco became synonymous with a mistake or messed up situation.

And that’s the story of the Eerie Canal……..

“You know, that canal is pretty eerie.”“Maybe it has monsters in it.”“Maybe it has ANDY CAPP in it!”

And here’s a question: does Cap’n Eddie HAVE a home, other than his boat?

I just love a story where everybody dies except Eddie.
