As a matter of fact, Emily Dickinson was great fun at parties! Among other things, she invented the lampshade gag!

Emily was great at parties. After a couple of drinks she did limericks !

I’ve never seen a purple cow and never hope to see one, but I can tell you anyhow, I’d rather see than be one.

What was she taking to think about purple cows?

I’m sorry to contradict all you guys, but many people found Emily Dickinson to be very annoying at parties. She would take a few drinks and start behaving like a Dickinson.

I’m pretty sure she was too much of a recluse to attend parties in the first place.

It works very well to the tune of the theme from Gilligan’s Island as well.
