I giggle madly more over this comic than I do any other – and I read quite a few. “actually a tiny horse” slays me.

Hmmm, maybe I should set up some hurdles for my cats too.

We have a baby gate to keep the dogs out of the cat room (yes, they have their own room – what cat doesn’t). The cats love to perch on top or sit behind it to mock the dogs.

The only thing a baby gate would keep out in my house is me. The dog goes right over along with the cats. I on the other hand can’t get my knees up that high anymore. Steps are my nemesis nowadays.

That’s what my Daisy sounds like when she lands… “a tiny horse.” My husband says she shakes the house. lol

Puck getting over with his 3 legs and then doing a graceful landing was a nice touch.

My boys are referred to as a stampeding herd of elephants when they run through the house – thankfully not at 2am, yet. Given the Lupin like leaps I’ve seen them do onto the cat tree and chairs, I’m sure they’d be doing thuds too if I had baby gates up :)

I love the Spanish cats. Georgia has promised they may appear again in current series of Breaking Cat News.

ONYX IS HOME!!!We are rejoicing—-break out the tuna and special treats.She is soooo needy, I have to prop my bad leg up on a stool/ottoman, she is sitting on it hugging my leg, head butting me for pets (makes typing really hard). ;-DHer sisters are acting like they never saw her before.Hisses, growls—-all over the place. I guess she smells funny (hospital stink!).

I installed Windows 10—-the new "Edge” (IE’s replacement ) could not find any of my favorite sites???? When I went to shut down, I went into a “restarting, restarting, etc. loop”. I ended up restoring Win 7 (thank goodness it worked!). so I have to go back and do all of yesterday’s comics, plus today’s.Be back later. ;-))The first day home from the Animal Hospital is a call to rejoice.

More fun: our cats try to jump from an office chair (with wheels). But when they push off, the chair rolls in the other direction, leaving them suspended in the air short of their target. They land on the floor (and, of course, walk away as if nothing happened).

Absolutely know the feeling. Even before we adopted the kittens (actually their full grown cats now but we still call them the kittens) our older cat would get going at times and it would sound like she was a whole herd of horses all by herself. The boys picked up so many of her traits so we still have a thundering herd at times.

Lol this happens at my house ALL THE TIME!
