Wait until he finds out that the giant can cook a pepperoni pizza the size of a football field.

The goose that lays the golden eggs could pay for a lot of lasagna, Garf.

In panel 1, Garf is moving his right foot & in panel 2, Garf is moving his left foot! Don’t you alternate your feet when you are walking?The foot that is being moved must be in front.If you move both feet at the same time, you will fall on your face! Do you move your back foot to be along side your front foot & then move one ahead & bring the back one along side?? VERY AWKWARD!!

Opportunity lost.

I wish this would’ve been some type a week, two ongoing storyline in the Garfield strip, instead of just for today

If you really pay attention, you’ll find that there is a lot of cut and paste going on in the Garfield strips. In this one check out the beanstalk. It’s exactly the same in both panels. Being an artist myself, I could not duplicate it that good with just my hand. :)

I absolutely love broccoli. I also love carrots, mashed potatoes, cabbage…etc.

A couple of vegetables I don’t care for are spinach and cauliflower. I still eat cauliflower but it’s not one of my favourites.

Thus, if you tried to walk like Garfield in real life by putting both of his walking stances together, you would get absolutely nowhere and look absolutely silly. Then you should report immediately to the Ministry of Silly Walks. :-D

I believe Jake’s point is that the heal does not leave the ground. Check out last Monday’s strip (6/8).

Me too Garfield, especially if there is a giant on the other end… but mostly I dislike green edible stuff.
