This one is a keeper. I love how being covered in a cherry freezie doesn’t faze the kid at all, and how the parents take it in stride. And Dad’s blue tongue in the last panel – nice attention to detail. Can’t wait to see the pictures in front of the lion enclosure.

I remember about 45 years ago, my family had just bought slushies at Como Zoo in St. Paul, MN. When we walked by one of the big cat cages, we got drenched in a huge spray of cat pee!
