Time machines have tended to get smaller and smaller in my lifetime. Mr Peabody’s Wayback machine was the size of a room, Uncle Martin’s CCTBS the size of a suitcase, Bogg’s Omni the size of a pocketwatch, and Dr Beckett’s Quantum Leap accelerator didn’t even have room to send his clothes back with him.

If cellphones were the size of barns back then according to Earl, then were Walkman radios back then the size of jet planes?

Earl tends to exaggerate more than the average person.

Remember when I used to say things that made sense?No, I guess no one is that old.

Remember when there were NO cell phones?………I do, I even remember when privileged kids had land line telephones in elementary school….I don’t feel old though, I’m still a kid at heart :)

i think opal continuous needling is making him cranky. it’s so hard to remember to aim your anger at the right person

I just watched a Miami Vice rerun where the phones were the size of a brick..Satellite phones today are almost the same size with a flip up 5 inch long antenna.
