Despite the street cleaners, the sand that the City put on the roads all winter has been making it very dusty. Washing all the dust out of the air will make it a much nicer day.
I’ve been hollering the answer for 20 years but nobody is listening – More dams and reservoirs, more rain and reclaimed water reinjection, more aqueducts from farther away – that can be chained together and extended.
One aqueduct headed north into Oregon and Washington State, with an option for B.C. And a second one connecting the Colorado to the Rio Grande and Mississippi.
