So Ponch is figuring out how to steal the magician’s hat, since he figures it would be a constant source of yummy bunnies. Ponch is not as smart as he thinks he is!

Yesterday was not drawn too clearly as far as what Poncho’s reaction meant. I hoped it was starting an arc that would explain. That seems to be the case, but it is all still a bit confused. Lets see what Gilligan can come up with to make this work.

Where did the chicken idea come from, blue dog?

Hey, for all they know, the magician could have a chicken hat too.And a cheese hat and a bacon hat and a really really big cow hat.

Because rabbit is tastier then chickens, don’t you dogs know anything?

I know my dog would dearly love to catch a rabbit. She’d be all over this plan.

I love the excitement on their faces in panel 3. They will soon learn that only a magician can pull a rabbit out of a hat.

The dogs love the idea of rabbits coming out of a hat. Chickens too? Poncho says, no chickens, just rabbits. Why you gotta be greedy.

@Happy 3: I haven’t eaten rabbit since I was very young, like 5 years old. The neighbor across the street would bring us a rabbit when he went hunting. Ironically, his last name was Weehunt. Be well my friend.

I was so tired last night, that I forgot to read the funnies, and then I forgot this morning…but I get it all now…; – ).The big question to m’self: when was the last time I’ve seen a dog in an audience? I can’t remember…
