Toreadors are common in both Spain & Portugal but I’d say Spain has managed the matador/toreador as a national symbol in the minds of foreigners as theirs, so is Schot saying Spain is next in the sights of the financial markets after Greece? (Incidentally, bull fights/challenges were also traditional in Greece)
But a bull market also represents a market which has confidence. Not quite the case at the moment.
