Yep. Congestive Heart Failure here. I get tired just watching other people work!

You know you’re a plugger when by the time you finish mowing your lawn, it’s time to mow again…

    1960s Gravely walk-behind tractor for non-Pluggers.

I know exactly what that is. Although I never sold Gravely in my power equipment stores, I did sell Ariens products, also from Brillion, Wisconsin.

Here is a Gravely with a front mount blade…

OK, I must admit that I get all excited watching commercials for the new lawn thing where you can just click on a snow blower or a mower or about four other attachments, EVEN THOUGH 1. it would take me all day to deal with even one little project around our suburban plot AND 2. it would basically be my husband doing the work. Nonetheless, it’s a really COOL idea. And yes…one project, day, day-and-a-half recovery. Gonna be a llooooooonnng summer.

“They” say that the more you practice something, the easier it gets. I’ve been lifting weights for over 50 years and now know that “they” lied.

I was there about 9 years ago. Then I had a stent placed to clear an artery, and now I can mow the whole yard without a break, unless it is hot, then I have to take cooldown breaks.
