The National Cartooists Society, who hand out the annual Reuben Awards for comic strip excellence, are considering a new design of the Reuben statuette, and one design submission from “Scully” is being considered. It’s rumored his design involves a line-up of comic characters standing on a plaque and waving bye-bye. Here’s hoping our “Scully” get his design chosen… Can’t wait to see it!
