In all fairness, as bad as a Latino’s pronunciation of English often is, English speakers don’t fare much better trying to speak Italian or Spanish. Greetings from Argentina! (it’s not personal, I’m German :-) )
and to think that learn a language used to take way longer than that. That, and add an ‘o’ to every word to speak Spanish and you are done. You may look like a moron, but at least they will call Giuseppe or Alfredo since they can understand those moron tourists
