I don’t understand salting things with caramel. A little while ago, DQ had a “salted caramel” Blizzard. Last week, one of the stores featured a “salted caramel” cookie. Yesterday, I saw an ice cream at the store that was “salted caramel something-or-other.” I’d have been interested in these things without the salt, but it ruins them for me.

Why couldn’t Opal just sprinkle on extra salt herself?

Why doesn’t Opal drive herself? She knows how.

When I read the third panel I thought, that sounds like Costco candy, my husband buys them all the time. Love them.

She needs him to drive so he can circle the lot looking for a parking space while she shops.

Can someone explain this trend to me?

Sweet and salty go hand in hand. Payday bars are a good example!

nosirrom: “Prorated refund”? You mean they have employees counting returned nuts?
