1 Bag Frozen Berries (I used Wild Blueberries-the small ones)2 tbsp Chia Seeds1/4 cup or so of Water1 TBSP of Maple Syrup (or more to taste) or Stevia (Shout out to Lydia in Breaking Bad)
Put all in a pot and simmer until berries melt and everything thickens, about 15 minutes. Put in jelly jar, will continue to thicken over night. Voila! Jam!
