I think it was a “no” no, Baldo.

What does Tia mean? I never heard that one. Usually she is funnier with he observations.

Con el dinero, baila el perro.

Literally: With the money, the dog will dance.

What it means: Anything is possible with money.

Let’s see… Baldo’s asking for money. That means he doesn’t have any. So for him,the “dog” doesn’t “dance”?

And he complains about a direct “no” being a riddle and gets a riddle in response. Layers exist on this one. Nicely done.
