Dan: Everybody get something good? Andre: Yeah! Loris: I got squirrelly Shirley, the pink robot alien girl crime-fighter who's a werewolf squirrel! But oops, I've already finished it. Andre: I got a massive super hero crossover special that's so staggeringly complex they couldn't fit the title on the cover. Petey: I got the Little Neuro four page minicomic " Thrilling Tales of Inertia!" It'll last me for weeks!

Reading Little Neuro, at least for our Petey, is more akin to Zen meditation….But let us also give a cheer for Loris and Andre, who each found something to like. (Loris probably should have brought a gross of comics, considering how fast she reads.)

I wonder if Loris’ flying rubber bands are a reference to Smilin’ Jack’s Fatstuff, whose cast-off buttons frequently fed a chicken lurking in the corner of a panel.
