I eat it all the time, nothing wrong with sugared cereals. Plus sometimes you get a cool little toy or puzzles on the back of the box. Hell of a lot healthier then a bowl of oatmeal and 15 scoops of brown sugar to make it eatable.
The Obvious lesson here:.Use the Milk to Wash the Sugar off the Cereal, then use a strainer to separate out the Cereal and Discard it before drinking the Milk..
