My Dad used to make several things from table napkins. His favorite was a pair of pixie boots (needed two napkins for that). He also used to make everything from a ring to a magician’s hat, complete with pop-up rabbit from dollar bills (33 different items). His only rule was not to cut or mutilate the bill in any way. He had people from other tables at restaurants sending crisp bills (sometimes 50’s & 100’s) over so he could fold them (usually into a ring or jumping frog) for them.
