Actually, in this day and age of “lawyer-y, technical- like stuff”, it’s not surprising.– Whether on a game console, downloading from a computer or phone, the doctor’s office or even a first day at work- something like this will happen. You practically need a “privacy agreement”, “terms and conditions” and “FAQ” page, just to go grocery shopping…
