A friend of ours was approached by a driver who felt he’d been cut off at a traffic light. While he was banging his fist on friend’s car, the light changed, so friend drove away. Banger lost his balance and fell into the street. He is suing friend for personal injury. $112 for bandages and ointment and $5,000 for “pain and suffering”.
and the ‘jerks’ have gone up as ‘smart’ phones use has expanded. too bad there isn’t an app for exploding a ‘smart’ phone when used while driving. everybody thinks they are great multi-taskers. the problem is that everyone that thinks that are also delusional. especially when driving.
