I do believe the birthers think that Hawaii is a state - they just don’t want to believe that Obama was born there, contrary to the facts.
Does any reasonable person believe that Hillary Clinton didn’t vet Obama’s birth origin completely during the Dem. primary? If he were not a US citizen, she would have proven so then and would probably now be the POTUS.
