Since there are 3 green pirates/lawyers that should be 9 billable hours total, so Captain Henry Crow is getting a bargain. Maybe he’s getting the “professional courtesy discount” offered to fellow lawyers and sharks.

Sheik, it could be that the other two pirates are considered “raid-support paraprofessionals”, and their time is factored into the lead pirate’s hourly rate. Secretaries get paid from lawyers’ earnings, but probably do not directly bill their time.
