I was overdue for a new bathroom scale. It'll measure my weight more accurately than my old one. And show that I'm 12 pounds heavier than the old skill set I was. Look at that. Someone threw away a brand-new bathroom scale.

Actually the first rule about buying a new scale is to make sure that it’s properly zeroed in, floor material and level can affect a scales accuracy.

I don’t measure success by weight but by how good I feel. BTW I had gone from a size 18 to a size 8 in a year and a half
