Gorak has a face on his garment and it isn’t happy.

Having a sabertoothed tiger as the family pet certainly puts a smile on my face, or is it a Smilodon.

What have they been feeding the sabertooth? He’s huge!

I see another face on the sabertooth’s forehead. It kind of looks like a pig. Ha ha!

Aww… he’s purring. He likes you.

I wonder if the saberkitty is a good mouser?

Maybe Lew couldn’t face this one.

Lew although the Monkees may be considered a kiddy band nowadays, they certainly were not considered one at the time. still, it’s been a long time since i’ve even thought of them. (and to continue the lyric, “this just doesn’t seem to be my day.”)

There are times that I think you guys are stretching to see faces- others (today) it is obvious that Thom DID draw them purposely.

He may have been thinking of “I think I love You” and the Partridge kiddie band, YYY. Same line about the pillow round my head. Us fogies get out bands and lyrics mixed up unless we Wikki. And you forgot ” She went away.” before that line, which is likely what our cave guys think the cat should do.

I think that the second cave person will be the one feeding the cave kitty–with Gorak! As long as he doesn’t turn around and exit the cave into the wolf pack, since he’s a dog person…

Rod Stewart wasn’t one of the Small Faces… when he joined as a replacement they changed the name to just plain Faces……Steve Mariot was awsome… “Tin Solider” is one of my all time favorite songs

The only reason I remember the three above songs is because I heard them on the oldie station, or heard granny singing in the shower. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

The last time I saw a sabertooth that big in the comics is when Frank Cho drew one in Liberty Meadows (for an episode of “Sheckey (sp.) the Monkey King”).

He’s a good mouser all right…provided the mice are the size of cavemen.
