Trust a politician? That’s un-American and the right is going to hammer away at Clinton’s vague “trust” issue because they’ve found nothing concrete to attack.
There’s sort of no point to this cartoon. Cons have never trusted her. But why would they? She’s not one of them. Meanwhile, their front runner is a guy who has bankrupted more businesses than you can shake a stick at, called POWs losers, and gives out private phone numbers of his opponents at press conferences. Trust, yeah…. At least Hilary – whom I trust no more than any politician, which isn’t much – has been investigated by more Republicans than just about any public figure. Either they got nothing on her or she’s the absolute best at hiding her stuff (probably a useful skill in the presidency), or the legion of GOP folks investigating her over the past couple of decades are totally incompetent. I’m willing to believe a combination of the three.
