I was talking to my wife on the way home, and we both agree that Trump is just using this opportunity to air his opinions on a national stage to get attention. I doubt seriously he will get the nomination, much less elected. But people are responding well to the fact that he’s speaking plainly. People are sick of political double-speak and the lies coming from politicians. His unabashed honesty is refreshing. I don’t think he’d be a good head of state, but I think it will make him a great cabinet member to keep the sitting POTUS on his toes.
Those elephants look like they’re having a bumpy ride and soon to end up face down in the dirt; in which case Ms. Clinton will certainly be in a more comfortable position.
Yep. Cartoon fail. Have you checked how Hillary does against EVERY GOP contender in every other poll? And have you compared the favoribility of Dems vs Repubs lately? It turns out that the inability to govern can eventually cause you to lose the population’s confidence that you should be given the chance to try.
“Cuba LIbre” Cruz, and others positively despise the Constitution, like the established role and rules of the Supreme Court, Article VI, or the actual meaning of the First Amendment, and polls giving them, and especially the trumpeters, prove a significant segment of the “populous” also hate it, and call themselves “conservatives”???
See, this I like. While we may agree or disagree on the points, you and I agree that Trump (the blowhard) has appeal simply because he’s not sugar-coating things. It would be a refreshing trend to have candidates who speak openly and plainly.A lot of people groused about Walker “not having an opinion” on things like gay marriage. I think that’s political speak for, “I don’t care.” People should be allowed to not care about issues. If our government is supposed to be of the people, then the candidates should be as close to real human beings as possible. And trout, I think you may be misunderstanding many conservatives’ concerns surrounding the 1st amendment. We take issue with SELECTIVE application of the 1st amendment. If one group can say hate speech and be protected by the 1st amendment (blacks against whites), then the reverse should be true. But it’s not. “The beatings shall continue until morale improves.”
That was very nice of you, and no, you did not offend me. If you are condervative at all, it is as one of the better thinking conservatives on this site. So, even if I may occasionallly disagree with you, you still have my respect, and therefore have and will not offend me!

I want the names of those who still believe Hillary is honest and trustworthy. I have some land and old cars I need to unload.
