Queen Your “Wolf” baby (from yesterday) has ears like my Tortie did. It would be interesting to see what his adult fur looks like.Maybe he is crossed with something (or someone) wild.

If that giant grape is filled with water, kitty is gonna get a big surprise!

Say Chesney, I gots some balloons left over from a birthday party if ya’ll want em.

This cat survived the fire in Calif. She panicked when the the family had to evacuate and ran off. The fire was so hot it melted all the metal left behind-amazing creatures.

Not exactly on topic, but so funny, I had to share

Sure glad that wasn’t the cats exploding. Graham might have had to change the name of the comic. Really cute pictures today. Rikki Tavi – looks like the fire curled that cat’s whiskers. Luckily it still has a few lives left. bbear – That’s really cute and funny!

I agree, I wish we could have seen the aftermath.(you know someone will post it!)

Susan is going to make the trip to Boulder with 20 kittens on Sunday night. This morning she took my 3 to PetCo for adoption. If they don’t get homes this weekend, they will go to CO. I took 3 of hers to the vet for shots. (They must have them before Boulder will accept them) Went to the shelter and picked up 2 more and took them for shots then back to the shelter.

While there, a man brought 2 kittens in a box. He said there is a mama and more babies to be trapped. He said he wanted to catch the mama before she had her babies but his stupid friend told him to wait. NOW those babies and mama are coyote food. I was really angry about that.

On my second trip there, an old lady turned in a very young Siamese because it pooped outside of the box. There are SO many reasons that could have happened but she wanted no help or information. Stupid woman.

Thank you, Queen, for the LOVELY kitty squares. The funniest one is Emma’s, my visiting grandkitty’s. Can you tell a cat slept here? Christopher sits/sleeps on his whilst bird watching. Finally, Tyler should have claimed his on the cat perch but Oliver got there first!

Adoption update: My little black and white girl got a home with a nice young couple. He was injured overseas and has a golden lab service dog. No kids or other pets. They spent an hour holding her, walking around with her, etc.

For those that have asked about poor Lightning: a lady took him home to foster today. She wants to adopt him but has to talk her husband into it. She thinks once kitty has been there a week or so, he will change his mind. I hope so.

I could have told them it would never work. Cats are finicky eaters with short attention spans. :-)
