I have never heard of any of these people ! Call me old fashioned, but I have assiduously avoided listening to any rap crap or hippity hoppity music, all these years, and don’t intend to start now.

The only good rap song I have heard was the opening song from “Robin Hood: Men in Tights”.

bravo Linguist-i HAVE heard of them ( and wish i hadn’t) its not music at all-just a lot of rhythmic TALKING with either a synth or a drum beat-and the so called lyrics are racist misogynistic and just plain filthy-music died about 20 years ago

My standard joke is: “When I was growing up, adults complained they couldn’t understand the lyrics to my music. NOW they complain that they can!”

The only articles I’ve seen about this movie are about how it apparently omits some incident involving NWA and violence against women.

I know of these people but I am not a fan of the music.My car radio is stuck on a classic rock station.
