That’s right. I guess the “ram” wordplay proved a nut too tough to crack for the translator and he went on to write a brand new strip instead. http://www.gocomics.com/espanol/foxtrotespanol
The Spanish isn’t anywhere nearly as funny, either — and that’s coming from someone who finds the original English to be too esoteric to be funny (I know next to nothing about professional baseball, sorry)!
For those interested, the Rams did make a moderately good showing that season, getting 8-8 and a wild card. That was also the year they became the first 8-8 team to make it past the first round of the playoffs, beating none other than the Seattle Seahawks (followed by the 8-8 Minnesota Vikings beating the Green Bay Packers a day later). They were knocked out in the second round.

Oooh… me no liking the computer dissing the Seahawks; I’m from Washington (just not Seattle).

Interesting how the text in the Spanish version of this one strip is completely different.

By the way, does anyone know how the Rams did in the year this was printed?

What annoys me even more is that the English comic is in B&W but the Spanish versions are shown in color; come on.
