Didn’t happen that way for me. I was the middle…older brother younger sister. As oldest girl I got to do all the chores, babysit and just generally be responsible. Brother was a “boy” and sister was too “young”.
The way kangaroos reproduce, the middle child would be the only one in the pouch. The older child would be hopping around but still nursing. The youngest would be in stasis in the womb waiting for the pouch to be free before being born.Saw that on Mutant Planet Season 1
