What’s it worth to you, Opal? Earl needs motivation!

Andy Capp and Hägar the Horrible loathe their mothers-in-law, Earl Pickles loathes his sister-in-law.

About this time my wife would crack a raw egg on somebody’s noddle.

She only asked if you would pick up her sister. She didn’t say where to take her! :-)

Maybe he can take them both to the fabric store on the way home.

I would have dumped him out of his chair! He could have just said no then other arrangements could have been made but no he had to be a jerk.

Go on Earl. Pick her up at the airport and then drop her at the train station

Frankly, I’m on Earl’s side with this one. How long has Opal known her sister was coming? Obviously, this wasn’t a spur of the moment thing, and now she expects Earl to hop to it? Not playing fair.

In other words… NO!

maybe her sister had some other ride that got cancelled. hence the last minute notice
